Ava has registered with the Brazilian Soccer Club in Okinawa, Japan for the fall soccer season 2021. Tryouts and player evaluations are on Saturday, September 11th. If you’re interested you can register here.
Ava is in the latest Nike Ad, We Play Real. The video puts the spotlight on black women just in time for International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month! The ad is running on Live TV, (Sports stations) and has over 3.5 million views since its March 8th release on Nike’s YouTube channel. Ava is in the video at the 38-second mark. We are beyond proud that she had the opportunity to be involved with this particular project.

Brazilian Soccer Club has canceled practices for the rest of the week due to new Covid19 restrictions in our area.
Though we are saddened, we know it was the right decision to make. We are grateful to be part of a club that takes the health and safety of its players, families, and staff, very seriously.
Ava will continue her regular training at home while we look forward to safely getting back to practice soon! We hope for everyone’s safety and well-being during this very difficult time. Be well!
